At Mamamind, our mission is to deliver accessible, reliable, and compassionate maternal wellness solutions across India and beyond. While most of our offerings are digital in nature—such as self-counseling tools, therapy sessions, online courses, and hospital integrations—we also provide certain physical deliverables (for example: printed handbooks, maternal care kits, wellness merchandise, and institutional packages).

This Shipping Policy describes how and when we deliver these physical items, what timelines you can expect, applicable charges, and how we handle shipping-related issues.

1. Scope of Shipping

This policy applies to:
  • Physical products or kits purchased directly from Mamamind’s website (www.mamamind.org).
  • Printed resources and course material shipped as part of certification programs.
  • Merchandise and wellness products offered under Mamamind branding.
  • Institutional shipments made to hospitals, clinics, CSR partners, NGOs, or government departments.
It does not apply to digital services (such as counseling sessions, courses, or app features), as they are delivered electronically.

2. Delivery Locations
  1. Within India:
    • We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
    • Remote or non-serviceable areas may attract additional charges or longer timelines.
      
      
  2. International Shipping:
    • Currently available only for select products and programs.
    • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional levies imposed by the destination country must be borne by the recipient.
3. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
  • Dispatch: Once processed, orders are dispatched through our logistics partners.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
    • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
    • Remote areas: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
      
      
  • Made-to-Order Products (e.g., special kits): May take 10–15 business days for processing before dispatch.
Delays due to festivals, national holidays, strikes, or unforeseen natural events may extend timelines.

4. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Shipping (India): Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns. Otherwise, nominal shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Bulk/Institutional Orders: Custom shipping charges apply depending on volume and delivery location.
  • International Shipping: Charges vary by country and order weight; details will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.
  • Tracking links allow you to follow the shipment’s status in real time through our logistics partner’s portal.
  • In case tracking information is delayed or not updated, please allow 24–48 hours before contacting us.
6. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may fail if:
  1. The shipping address provided is incorrect/incomplete.
  2. No one is available at the address to receive the shipment.
  3. The package is refused at the delivery location.
In such cases:
  • Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Mamamind’s dispatch center.
  • Reshipping can be arranged upon request, but additional charges may apply.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We take utmost care to ensure secure packaging. However, if you receive:
  • Damaged products: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and item.
  • Missing items: Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect items: Contact us immediately for replacement or correction.
In such cases, we will either:
  • Replace the product at no additional cost, or
  • Issue store credits/refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Bulk & Institutional Shipping

For hospitals, corporates, NGOs, or government orders:
  • Customized shipping schedules are agreed upon during the contract stage.
  • Large-volume shipments may be delivered in phases depending on the rollout plan.
  • Dedicated account managers coordinate logistics for bulk orders.
9. International Shipping – Customs & Duties

For overseas deliveries:
  • Customs clearance procedures may apply.
  • The recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or clearance fees levied by local authorities.
  • Mamamind is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
10. Delivery Confirmation
  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier partner, it is deemed complete.
  • If you have not received your package despite a delivery confirmation, notify us within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate.
11. Undeliverable Scenarios

Orders may be marked undeliverable if:
  • Address is incorrect/unreachable.
  • Recipient refuses delivery.
  • Delivery location falls under restricted zones (e.g., high-security areas).
In such cases, refunds or reshipments will follow our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Force Majeure

Mamamind shall not be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or transport shutdowns
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
