While our offerings are primarily digital and service-based, we understand that there may be circumstances where customers seek a return, cancellation, or refund. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds or adjustments are considered. 1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made directly through Mamamind’s official website (www.mamamind.org), our mobile application, and authorized sales channels. It covers:

Subscription plans (e.g., Wellness Plus, Complete Care).

Pay-per-consult services with practitioners.

Training or certification programs for doctors, counselors, or practitioners.

B2B integrations (hospitals, corporates, NGOs, or government).
This policy does not apply to services purchased through third-party platforms or resellers. In such cases, their return and refund policies will apply.
2. General Principles

Transparency: We strive to maintain clarity about what services include before purchase.

Fairness: Refunds are considered only when circumstances are genuine, unavoidable, or within the service guarantee.

Empathy: As a maternal health platform, we recognize the sensitive nature of our services and aim to balance user well-being with business sustainability.

Digital Nature of Services: Since most of our offerings are digital, real-time, or service-driven, once accessed or utilized, they cannot be “returned” in the conventional sense. Refund eligibility therefore depends on usage.
3. Return & Refund Eligibility
3.1 Subscription Services

Full Refund (within 7 days): If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 1 session or module, you may request a full refund.

Partial Refund (after 7 days, before 30 days): If you cancel between 7–30 days, and usage is below 25% of the subscription benefits, a 50% refund may be offered.

No Refund (after 30 days): Beyond 30 days, refunds will not be issued, but you may cancel future billing cycles.
3.2 Pay-Per-Consult Services

Missed Appointments (by Mamamind/Practitioner): If a booked consultation is canceled or missed by our practitioner without rescheduling, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

Missed Appointments (by User): If you miss your appointment without prior notice (at least 24 hours in advance), refunds will not apply.

Technical Failures: If a consultation is disrupted due to technical errors from our side, we will reschedule or refund in full.
3.3 Training & Certification Programs

Full Refund (within 14 days): If you withdraw before accessing more than 10% of course content.

Partial Refund (after 14 days, before 30 days): A 50% refund may be provided if less than 25% of the program has been accessed.

No Refund: Once 30 days have passed or more than 25% of course content has been accessed.
3.4 B2B Services (Hospitals, Corporates, NGOs, Government)

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Services already utilized (sessions completed, modules unlocked, reports generated).

Change of mind after significant usage of services.

Promotional, discounted, or trial-period subscriptions (e.g., 7-day trial packages).

CSR or government-sponsored programs where services are subsidized or bulk-purchased.

Refund requests made beyond the specified eligibility timelines.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Our support team will acknowledge within 48 working hours and review your case.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original mode of payment.

If declined, we will provide a written explanation.
6. Adjustments & Alternatives
Where full refunds are not possible, Mamamind may, at its discretion, offer:

Service Credits: Equivalent value credits for future sessions, courses, or subscriptions.

Transfer Option: Allowing a subscription or course access to be transferred to another eligible person.

Extended Validity: Extending the duration of an unused subscription for later use.

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
