At Mamamind, we are committed to providing compassionate, timely, and reliable support to mothers, families, and practitioners. Since our services include digital resources, educational modules, community support, counseling sessions, and wellness programs, it is important to outline how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are managed. This policy ensures fairness to our users, transparency in our operations, and continued sustainability for our programs.
This Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered through Mamamind.org and our mobile application, including but not limited to self-assessments, subscription plans, counseling sessions, webinars, training programs, practitioner courses, and community memberships.

1. General Principles
1.1 This policy is designed to balance flexibility for our users with the operational costs required to run health-focused digital services.
1.2 By registering for, purchasing, or subscribing to any service on Mamamind, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.
1.3 All cancellations or refund requests must be made through official channels—either via email at info@mamamind.org or through your Mamamind account dashboard.
2. Free Resources
2.1 Mamamind offers a range of free resources, including articles, guides, FAQs, infographics, and community insights.
2.2 Since these resources are free, no cancellation or refund is applicable.
2.3 However, if you wish to unsubscribe from newsletters or notifications, you can do so at any time through the account settings or the unsubscribe link in communications.
3. Subscription Plans
Mamamind offers three levels of subscription: Free, Wellness Plus (paid), and Complete Care (paid premium).
3.1 Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your Mamamind account dashboard.

Cancelling a subscription will prevent the next billing cycle, but access to paid features will remain until the current billing period ends.

Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided, unless cancellation is due to a proven technical issue at Mamamind’s end.
3.2 Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase of a paid subscription.

After 7 days, no refunds will be granted.

Refunds are only applicable for the first subscription cycle; renewals are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4. Counseling Sessions (1:1 Consultations & Programs)
4.1 Appointments with psychologists, counselors, or mental health experts require advance scheduling through our platform.
4.2 Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
4.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. However, in genuine emergency cases (medical emergencies, hospitalization, or unexpected complications during pregnancy/postpartum), consideration will be given upon providing supporting documentation.
4.4 If a counselor or practitioner cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
5. Featured Programs (e.g., 3-Day Postpartum Counseling Program)
5.1 Registration for structured programs like the 3-Day Postpartum Counseling Program is binding once payment is completed.
5.2 Cancellations requested 7 days or more before the program start date will receive a 100% refund.
5.3 Cancellations requested less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the program start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
5.4 Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the start date are non-refundable.
5.5 If Mamamind cancels or reschedules a program, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to attend at a later date.
6. Practitioner Training & Certification Courses
6.1 Enrollment in LMS-based modules, workshops, or certification courses is confirmed once payment is made.
6.2 Refunds for training courses will be granted only if requested within 14 days of purchase AND before more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
6.3 Once more than 20% of the course content is accessed, no refunds will be issued.
6.4 If Mamamind cancels or delays a course significantly (beyond 30 days of advertised schedule), participants will be eligible for a full refund.
7. Corporate, Hospital, NGO, and CSR Collaborations
7.1 B2B engagements such as hospital training packages, CSR sponsorships, or NGO partnerships are bound by separate contracts that clearly define payment terms, cancellation rules, and refund conditions.
7.2 Refunds in such cases will be governed by mutually signed agreements, not by this general cancellation policy.
8. Technical Issues
8.1 If you experience technical difficulties (e.g., inability to access content, failed transactions, duplicate billing), you must notify Mamamind at info@mamamind.org within 72 hours.
8.2 Verified technical issues directly caused by Mamamind will be fully refunded or compensated with service credits.
9. Donation-Based Models (Sponsor a Mother)
9.1 Donations made through Mamamind to support mothers under the Sponsor a Mother initiative are non-refundable, as they are directed towards social welfare.
9.2 Donors will, however, receive receipts and progress updates for transparency.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 Mamamind is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
10.2 In such cases, Mamamind will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or provide credit for future use.
11. Refund Timelines

Mamamind is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or external platforms.
12. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Courses where more than 20% content has been accessed.

Cancellations made outside the permitted timelines.
13. Policy Updates
13.1 Mamamind reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time to remain compliant with laws and operational requirements.

13.3 Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
