1. Eligibility

  • Mothers under 18 may use Mamamind only with the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • Health professionals and institutions must ensure compliance with applicable medical licensing and regulations.
2. Services Provided

Mamamind offers:
  • For Mothers: Self-counseling tools, peer support groups, one-to-one counseling sessions, wellness content, postpartum programs.
  • For Practitioners: Certification courses, training resources, and professional collaboration opportunities.
  • For Institutions (Hospitals, Corporates, NGOs, Government): Partnership models, CSR integration, awareness events, and workforce programs.
Some Services are free; others are available via subscription, one-time payments, or institutional agreements.

3. Medical Disclaimer
  • Mamamind provides wellness support and counseling resources, not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Always seek the advice of your physician, pediatrician, psychiatrist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
  • If you experience severe symptoms (e.g., thoughts of self-harm, harm to baby), contact your healthcare provider or local emergency helpline immediately.
4. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.
5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Payments must be made via authorized payment gateways integrated into the Mamamind platform.
  • Prices, inclusions, and validity are displayed at checkout.
  • All payments are subject to our Cancellation, Refund, and Shipping Policies, incorporated by reference into these Terms.

When using Mamamind, you agree to:
